- On a weekly basis, apply a grape-sized amount to pre-shampooed hair. Focus on the scalp, gently massaging using your fingertips. Work through the hair and then rinse thoroughly.
- Apply directly to the scalp using the pipette while still damp after washing. Massage gently into the scalp using fingertips.
- After shampooing, work a dollop of the mask through the mid-lengths to ends, and then up to the root and scalp. Leave to sit for 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
